Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Dental insurance Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Signage Production Person (Channel Letters) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Signage Production Person specializing in channel letter fabrication. You will build, wire, and assemble front-lit, reverse-lit, and custom channel letter signs from raw materials to finished products. Key Responsibilities Fabricate letter returns using computerized bending machines or manual brakes. Cut and fit acrylic faces and aluminum backings accurately. Install LED modules and power supplies according to wiring diagrams. Apply vinyl graphics and trim cap to letter faces. Operate shop tools including routers, saws, drills, and pneumatic riveters. Quality check finished signs for illumination and structural integrity.
Required Qualifications Experience :
Minimum 1 year in channel letter fabrication.
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in UL wiring standards and LED placement. (Teachable)
Tool Knowledge :
Experience with channel letter benders (e.g., AccuBend, SDS).
Physical Ability :
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
Detail Oriented :
Ability to read and interpret scaled shop drawings.
