Assembly Technician

Company Overview Covington Powersports is a fast-growing shop specializing in ATVs, side-by-sides (SxS), motorcycles, and personal watercraft. We take pride in building machines the right way and delivering quality work our customers can trust. Overview We are looking for a hands-on Assembly Technician to join our team. This role focuses on assembling, prepping, and inspecting powersports units for sale and delivery. If you're mechanically inclined and actually enjoy riding what you work on, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do:

• Assemble new units (ATVs, SxS, motorcycles, and PWC)
• Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI)
• Check fluids, fasteners, electrical systems, and overall setup
• Install accessories and basic upgrades
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Assist with moving equipment and inventory as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Mechanical knowledge (professional or hands-on experience)
• Ability to ride motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides safely
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
• Team player with a good attitude Bonus Skills (Not Required):
• Powersports or automotive experience
• Tool ownership
• Basic electrical troubleshooting
