Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Basic familiarity with hand tools and construction equipment Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift and carry materials as needed Willingness to learn and perform hands-on tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with delivery and installation of wood cabinets at job sites Follow instructions from the crew leader to complete assigned tasks Use basic hand and power tools to support cabinet installation Load, unload, and move materials as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE (boots, gloves, safety glasses) Support team operations and complete additional duties as assigned More Than Just a Paycheck.
