Assembly Line Worker Job Description Candidates in this role will assist in the development and production of surgical instruments designed to cut and cauterize wounds as needed. You will be involved in the assembly of various instruments, initially focusing on tip assembly before transitioning to the more detail-oriented stem assembly. This role requires meticulous attention to detail as certain tasks involve working under a microscope. Within the tip assembly department, you will operate in a cleanroom environment, adhering to specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Responsibilities Assist in the development and production of surgical instruments. Perform tip assembly and transition into stem assembly. Work under a microscope for detailed assembly tasks. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in a cleanroom environment. Utilize hand tools and maintain high attendance standards. Read and follow work instructions accurately. Essential Skills Experience in assembly, preferably in a cleanroom setting. Ability to work with microscopes and follow SOPs. Excellent hand dexterity and ability to use hand tools effectively. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beverly, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
