Job Description We are looking for a Manufacturing Lab Technician to work in a team responsible for daily assembly and filling of custom gel cassettes using a variety of manual and robotic tools. Manufacturing Technician will be carefully trained for a variety of rotating responsibilities including plastics assembly, membrane bonding, buffer formulation, cassette filling, QC inspection, logging detailed batch production records and inventory tracking through ERP software. May occasionally also be asked to develop and test new workflows, write protocols and troubleshoot process interruptions. Requirements The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing lab environment. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities is a must. Basic computer skills necessary. The candidate should enjoy hands-on work in a friendly team environment.
