Job Description

Control Cabinet Wiring Technician responsible for running, crimping, and terminating wires in control cabinets using crimpers, connectors, and wiring documentation. Job Requirements Experience using crimpers Experience crimping wires Experience terminating wires Understanding of wire connectors and termination methods Experience running wires in control cabinets or electrical assemblies Experience working with 14-18 gauge wiring Ability to follow wiring instructions, layouts, or related documentation Ability to learn company-specific crimping methods Understanding that this role is not an electrical apprenticeship and does not include electrician mentorship or sponsorship Preferred Skills Experience wiring control cabinets Experience with panel wiring Experience with industrial electrical assemblies Experience routing wires neatly through cabinets or panels Experience identifying wire gauges, terminals, and connectors Experience inspecting crimps and wire terminations Experience working from wiring diagrams or schematics Job Responsibilities Run wires within control cabinets Crimp wires using approved crimping methods Terminate wires to connectors, terminals, and cabinet components Work with 14-18 gauge wiring Use crimpers and related hand tools during wiring tasks Follow wiring instructions, cabinet layouts, and related documentation Apply company-specific crimping methods after training Inspect crimps and terminations for accuracy and quality Support control cabinet wiring and assembly activities
Pay:
