Job Description

Adecco staffing is recruiting for Assemblers in Devens! We have openings on 1st shift. These are 10 hour, 4 day work weeks. This position is temp to hire.
SCHEDULE
Monday-Thursday, 5:00AM-3:30PM
PAY RANGE
$22-25/hour Position Summary The Hose Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling hoses, components, and related products within a manufacturing environment. This role involves working with hand tools, power tools, machinery, and technical drawings to ensure products are assembled accurately and efficiently according to company specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to follow technical instructions in a fast-paced production setting. Key Responsibilities Cut, prepare, and assemble hoses according to engineering drawings, work orders, and specifications Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently Inspect finished products and components to ensure quality standards are met Identify and report defects, quality concerns, or assembly issues Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on tools and assembly equipment Maintain accurate production and assembly documentation Collaborate with supervisors, quality teams, and production staff to support workflow and production goals Assist in troubleshooting assembly or production issues as needed Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings or work instructions Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed Technical certifications or vocational training are a plus Work Environment Manufacturing and production environment Requires standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift Use of PPE and adherence to safety standards required at all times If you are interested, please apply with your updated resume!
Pay Details:
