Responsibilities:
Assemble small components and parts according to work instructions and quality standards. Use specialized tools and fixtures to accurately assemble products. Apply adhesives or glues with precision when required. Perform thorough quality inspections of finished products using a microscope. Document inspection results and identify any defects or non-conforming parts. Read and interpret assembly drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Maintain a clean and organized workstation following 5S principles. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient production and quality control. Follow all safety protocols, especially those related to microscope use and chemical handling Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30
PM Skills:
Experience with adhesives or gluing processes. Prior experience in quality control or inspection roles.

High School Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly environments with small components. Experience using a microscope for assembly or inspection.
