Job Overview 1st shift 6am start
  • 2:30 PM We are seeking a dedicated Laminating/Assembler to join our manufacturing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, laminating, and fabricating components to precise specifications, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative manufacturing processes within a dynamic environment, supporting the production of durable and reliable products. Responsibilities Assemble components accurately according to detailed schematics, blueprints, and work instructions Operate laminating equipment and perform fabrication tasks with precision Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure quality control Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints effectively Conduct welding, soldering, or machining tasks as required for assembly processes Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards Assist in warehouse operations including material handling with forklifts when necessary Perform routine inspections using precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances Support continuous improvement initiatives by adhering to manufacturing best practices Collaborate with team members across departments to meet production deadlines Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing or assembly environments; warehouse experience is a plus Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in fabrication, welding, machining, and soldering techniques Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, hand tools, power tools, and other precision measuring instruments Ability to operate forklifts safely (certification preferred) Basic understanding of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation Knowledge of manufacturing processes including welding, soldering, machining, and fabrication techniques Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment For more information please call Pamela Gomez
