Job Description

RF cable assembly role focused on soldering, cable preparation, mechanical inspection, testing, and production documentation. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Soldering experience Ability to pass a soldering test Basic math proficiency Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work from product drawings Ability to work from written and verbal instructions Experience using hand tools Experience using semi-automated fixtures Documentation and recordkeeping experience Computer skills for operating programs and accessing product documentation Ability to use electrical test and inspection equipment Ability to use mechanical test and inspection equipment Preferred Skills 1+ year of RF-related assembly experience 1+ year of mechanical assembly experience Cable assembly experience Root cause analysis experience QA support process experience Job Responsibilities Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with procedures Review product documentation, parts lists, and tools before starting work Set up and operate tools, fixtures, and equipment to cut, prep, and trim cables Assemble connectors, labels, and parts to complete cable assemblies Perform soldering operations according to product specifications Conduct in-process inspections for workmanship, dimensions, and interface tolerances Execute mechanical tests, including cable retention and torque verification Record inspection and test results in compliance with procedures Complete labor, part, and process transactions accurately and on time Support QA with root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities
Pay:
