Job Description

Required Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Required Qualifications:
  • Ability to follow specific instructions and documented procedures
  • Willingness to learn assembly operations and production processes
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
  • Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work

  • Ability to perform additional duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production environments
  • Mechanical or electrical experience preferred but not required
  • Experience using hand tools or working with mechanical components
  • Ability to safely handle oil-filling and assembly operations
Job Summary:
The Assembly Technician will be responsible for assembling various units and filling components with oil according to detailed instructions and established procedures. Training and documentation will be provided to support successful onboarding and performance. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, work collaboratively, and grow within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble various units and components according to provided instructions
  • Fill units with oil while following safety and quality procedures
  • Follow documented assembly processes and training guidelines
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail during production tasks
  • Work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
  • Support manufacturing and operational activities as needed
  • Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude on the production floor
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management
