This position will be working closely with resins, acetone, hardware, glass, other fixtures, and hand powered tools. Experience with auto body repairs is a plus. This department is a fast-paced and requires attention to detail. Willing to train the right candidate. Essential Functions To implement and adhere to all written policies and philosophies of National Manufacturing Group Attend meetings as requested Must be able to repetitively stoop, crouch, reach, stand and balance throughout the day as needed to maintain assembly operations Must be able to repetitively push, pull and/or lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the day as needed to maintain assembly operations Must be able to stand for an extended period of time up to 10 hours Must be able to perform in a hot or humid climate About our Company At National Manufacturing Group there is a role for all different skill levels. Our dedicated supervisors take pride in training and coaching the new members of our team. The tasks of the job can vary dependent on the department. These tasks can include applying the fiberglass and plastic resin to the production mold in multiple different ways, to trimming and polishing the finished parts. Most jobs will require the use of hand-held power tools. Some of the departments work in a team setting and some in an individual workstation.
