We are growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our team. Job Overview We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Assembler to support our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, interpreting blueprints, and contributing to the creation of durable, high-performance equipment. Welding experience is a plus but not required. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints and tape measurements accurately. Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies with precision. Follow verbal and written instructions to meet production goals. Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and efficiency. Maintain consistent attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Required Skills Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements. Strong attention to detail and quality. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Required Knowledge Understanding of basic assembly techniques and safety practices. Familiarity with manufacturing environments and production workflows. Knowledge of measurement tools (e.g., tape measures, calipers). Ability to Implement Apply blueprint instructions to real-world assembly tasks. Adapt to changing priorities and production needs. Learn and apply new skills quickly through on-the-job training. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
