What You'll Do Assemble wire harnesses and electronic subassemblies following military-grade standards and detailed work instructionsOperate equipment including crimp presses, sonic welders, and wire strippersRoute, wire, and assemble components using wire layout boardsPerform in-process and final visual/dimensional inspectionsPrep, clean, pot, seal, mark, and install electrical hardware using hand and power toolsSupport engineering on new product introductions and first articlesParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives What You Bring No experience or education required
