Job Description:
Read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings (training provided)Safely operate forklifts and lift equipment to move components and materialsAssemble fans, motors, burners, and gas manifolds with precision and careCut insulation using advanced water jet machineryComplete detailed checklists to ensure every build meets our high standardsKeep your workspace organized and safe throughout the shiftCollaborate with teammates in a positive, solution-focused environmentSuggest improvements to boost quality, efficiency, and reduce costsUphold company policies and safety protocols with pride
Qualifications and Skills:
Basic reading, writing, and math skillsStrong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experienceAbility to read a tape measure accurately (training provided)Familiarity with blueprints and CAD drawings (training provided)Experience with cold saws, iron workers, shears, and sheet metal bending (training provided)Proficiency with hand and power toolsForklift and lift equipment operation skills (training provided)Ability to follow directions and standard proceduresBackground in construction, assembly, or carpentry is a plusSafety FirstWe take safety seriously.
