High earning potential! During peak summer periods, expect 50+ hours per week, including Fridays and Saturdays.Responsibilities:
As a Production Assembler, you will be responsible for a specific stage of the production lifecycle. We are looking for hands-on talent for the following areas:Panel Sizing:
Ensuring precision cuts on boards used for custom construction.General Assembly:
Utilizing tools to transform components into frames and units.Hardware Integration:
Attaching tracks, handles, and ergonomic solutions.Quality Assurance:
Performing final visual and structural checks to ensure the product lasts for generations.Shipping & Logistics:
Strategically wrapping and packing finished goods for national distribution.Skills & Qualifications:
A background in construction, hand tool usage, or related field is desired. Ability to stand for 10+ hours per shift. Comfort with regular bending, stooping, twisting, and squatting. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally. Must be 18 years of age. Ready to get to work?
