Job Description

First Shift | Monday-Friday Join a Growing Manufacturing Team! We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Manufacturing Technicians to join our production team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, assembling components, and building quality products in a clean manufacturing environment. No advanced experience required—if you're mechanically inclined and eager to learn, we'd like to speak with you. What You'll Do Assemble electrical and mechanical components Insert pins, wires, and connectors into assemblies Perform soldering and basic hand assembly tasks Follow work instructions and quality standards Inspect completed work for accuracy and craftsmanship Work with hand tools and production equipment Maintain a safe and organized work area Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Schedule Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Optional overtime available Occasional Saturday work available Opportunity to work through lunch for additional overtime hours What We're Looking For ✔ Manufacturing experience preferred ✔ Assembly experience is a plus ✔ Comfortable using hand tools ✔ Strong attention to detail ✔ Reliable attendance and positive attitude ✔ Ability to stand, lift up to 70 lbs, and work throughout the shift ✔ Ability to learn soldering and assembly processes Why Apply? Pay:
