First Shift Assembler

Job Description:

Join our team as a Production Assembler, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision. We are looking for a detail-oriented, safety-conscious individual who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment. Core Responsibilities As a key member of our assembly team, you will handle everything from sub-assemblies to finished goods across our specialized stations (Wash, Shop Pro, and Kits & Parts).

Precision Assembly:

Perform assembly tasks using manual and power tools (torque guns, screw guns, and gauges) while following strict station work instructions.

Quality Control:

Conduct thorough inspections of all materials and finished components to ensure 100% conformance to assembly requirements.

Inventory Management:

Monitor component levels for current builds to ensure material counts align with production demands.

Operational Excellence:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with all housekeeping regulations.

Packaging:

Assemble custom boxes, totes, or crates to prepare finished products for safe transport.

Team Communication:

Collaborate closely with Team Leads and fellow assemblers; promptly report any material defects or equipment issues to minimize downtime.

Candidate Qualifications Education:

High School Diploma or GED Certification.

Experience:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is a plus, but not required.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with basic computer tasks and comfort using industrial assembly tools.

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and a self-motivated "teamlocation: Saline, MIwork hours: 05:00 AM - 03:30 PMdress code:

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
