Production Assembler with pay up to $22/hour in Anoka, MN ( Entry level). Responsibilities Assemble electrical components for custom refrigeration houses according to customer specifications. Run, route, and terminate electrical wiring to complete refrigeration units and related systems. Install and wire lights, ceiling fans, and other electrical accessories as required by each project. Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics to guide assembly and wiring tasks. Collaborate with team members to develop processes and solutions for units that do not have predefined prints or schematics. Perform mechanical assembly tasks that support the overall build of the refrigeration houses. Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete electrical and mechanical assemblies. Work as part of a team of 3-4 people to build units efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Maintain a clean and organized work area while understanding that the work can be physically demanding and may involve getting dirty. Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of required personal protective equipment. Essential Skills Experience with electrical wiring in either a manufacturing or construction environment, or enrollment in a relevant electrical program. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics accurately. Hands-on experience with electrical assembly, including panel wiring and general electrical wiring tasks. Proficiency using hand and power tools for electrical and mechanical assembly work. Capability to stand for 8 or more hours per day. Ability to lift 20+ pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Physical ability to perform frequent standing, sitting, bending, and reaching during the workday. Willingness to learn and apply new electrical wiring techniques and processes.
