Job Description

Overview We are seeking an individual to join our team as an Assembly Technician in a custom hydraulic cylinder manufacturing facility. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in the production process, contributing to the creation of high-quality products. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools and building things. 6:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday thru

Climate-controlled Machine Shop Uniforms Provided Profit Sharing Paid Weekly Attendance Bonus Opportunities Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Assemble components using hand and power tools Perform quality checks and verify measurements Support additional production processes, including hydrotesting and preparing finished products for shipping Maintain equipment and report any issues Follow safety procedures and keep your workspace clean Collaborate with the full assembly team and contribute to continuous improvement efforts Qualifications Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to read and understand technical drawings Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Motivated to improve processes and learn new skills Commitment to safety, quality, and reliability Physical Requirements and Work Environment Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Continuous standing, walking, bending, lifting, and gripping Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment: noise, dust, industrial materials Safety is a top priority—we provide and require proper PPE at all times Company Background At Aurelius, you'll be part of a stable, growing manufacturing company with nearly 100 years of history.
