Assembler

• Looking for a hands-on role where your skills make a real impact?

This is a great opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working with tools, learning new skills, and being part of a collaborative production team. What You'll Do As an Assembler, you'll play a key role in keeping our production floor running smoothly by: Assembling metal based products by following detailed work instructions and build specifications Using a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently Supporting daily shop operations, including: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace Shrink wrapping and packaging materials or finished units Material handling and general clean-up to support the team Working closely with fellow assemblers to meet daily production goals Adhering to all safety guidelines, quality standards, and company procedures Expanding your skills over time through cross-training , including custom unit assembly Required Skills Experience with hand and power tools Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics 1+ year of manufacturing experience , preferably in mechanical or sheet metal assembly Electrical wiring and basic fabrication skills ✅ Nice to Have Prior experience in manufacturing or sheet metal environments A positive attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and grow within a team-focused setting Why You'll Love Working Here We believe in a "work hard, play hard" culture and take pride in creating an environment where employees feel valued and supported.

• $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
