Job Description

Wage:
$22.00 an hour.
Hours:
Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm with potential of overtime on weekends. What you should know about working at

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education and/or
Certification:
High School diploma or equivalent Required Experience/Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Basic Math Skills Manufacturing, Mill shop, Construction and Carpentry Experience (Preferred). Experience positioning parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements Must possess carpentry skills and knowledge of working carpentry tools Self-motivated with the ability to work well under pressure Team player with the aptitude for multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, and building relationships with team members, vendors, and customers. Detail oriented Demonstrates initiative and flexibility Strong problem-solving skills and effective time management. Ability to stand for 8-10+ hour work shifts Some roles require regularly lifting 40+ lbs. All positions require being able to consistently bend, twist, squat and reach throughout work shift Willing to train the right candidate!
ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS and
BASIC DUTIES
Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials. Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements. Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies. Verifies specifications by measuring completed component. Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources. Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies. Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results. Documents actions by completing production and quality forms. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Works in a safe manner always and consistently provide a safe work environment.
