We are seeking a dependable Shop Laborer to assist with the assembly and finishing of large custom figures, displays, and sculptures. This hands-on position involves assembling components, working with foam and fiberglass materials, sanding, drilling, and installing structural supports to create completed products. The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, using basic tools, and being part of a team that builds unique, large-scale projects.What You'll Be Doing:
- Assemble parts and components as they come off production machines.
- Glue and attach pieces together, such as connecting arms, legs, and other components to form large statues and displays.
- Install steel pipes, dowels, plates, brackets, and other structural supports.
- Work with foam, fiberglass, and various fabrication materials.
- Sand, grind, and finish fiberglass parts to prepare them for assembly.
- Use hand and power tools to assemble and secure components.
- Drill holes, install screws, and perform light fabrication tasks.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
