As an Assembler , you will join the manufacturing team assembling and installing components used in specialized equipment. This is an opportunity to develop valuable technical skills and grow within a team-oriented environment!
What You'll Do:
Operate basic hand tools including tape measures, drills, wrenches, ratchets, and related equipment Properly use and maintain all company-provided personal protective equipment (PPE) Install aerial equipment components and related accessories Interpret production drawings and work orders to meet customer specifications Learn to safely operate equipment within the assigned production area Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in training as needed Assist in other production areas as business needs require (cross-training opportunities available) Follow established safety, environmental, and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment Perform additional duties as assigned, including testing installed components and completing rework when necessary Comply with company attendance standards Requirements High school diploma or GED required Be able to read tape measures, blueprints, and schematics Ability to follow instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards Strong work ethic and attention to detail Basic computer skills Benefits Competitive salary: $21.42/hour - $23.73/hour based on experience, education, and qualifications.
