What You'll Do Assembling high-quality electrical and mechanical products using hand tools and specialized production machinery. Performing precise assembly techniques such as crimping, winding, masking, tinning, and applying protective epoxies. Inspecting materials, testing sub-assemblies, and documenting results using mechanical measuring tools to ensure top-tier quality. Following step-by-step process instructions and strict safety/EHS guidelines. Partnering with team members, engineers, and supervisors to keep production running safely and efficiently.What We're Looking For Reliability:
A minimum of 6 months of continuous work experience with a single employer.Core Skills:
Strong attention to detail, good communication, basic math skills, and basic computer proficiency.Physical Abilities:
Ability to stand for long periods, good hand dexterity, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (and up to 50 lbs occasionally).Screening:
Candidates must have good close-up/color vision (comfortable using a microscope) and be able to pass a basic math and dexterity test.Education:
