No formal manufacturing experience required — if you're comfortable with tools and can follow step-by-step instructions, you'll fit right in. Responsibilities Read and follow written work instructions and assembly diagrams to build components accurately Use hand tools, power tools, and fasteners (nuts, bolts, etc.) to assemble parts to spec Inspect completed assemblies for quality and flag any issues to a supervisor Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift What we offer Structured Scheduling - Commit to full-time shifts with reliable hours and consistent schedules.
