• Molded Assembler

• Key Responsibilities
• + Operate pre-set assembly equipment, tools, and fixtures.

+ Assemble molded parts, connectors, and sub-assemblies per work instructions. + Inspect all work to meet quality standards. + Clean and finish parts, including removing excess flashing or blemishes. + Use basic hand tools, measuring devices, and part preparation equipment. + Follow all safety and quality procedures while maintaining a clean work area.

• What You'll Bring
• + High school diploma or equivalent. + Manual dexterity with the ability to perform repetitive, detailed assembly tasks. + Strong attention to detail and quality. + A reliable, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic. + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferred Qualifications
• + Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or molded products - preferred + Experience working with connectors or small components. + Familiarity with solvents and part-cleaning processes.
