Job Responsibilities:

Assemble, repair, and test medical devices (e.g., pacemakers, ICDs, leads) within a manufacturing cell following standardized procedures Utilize microscopes and precision tools (e.g., tweezers, cutters) to handle small components to perform detailed fine-motor tasks. Perform assembly and inspection of small components in a regulated manufacturing environment Use microscopes and precision tools to assemble and inspect parts to specification Troubleshoot equipment and process issues Casting/Coating functions Performs Mechanical Assembly functions Performs Packaging Functions Kits, assembles, and packages devices and related accessories using applicable tools Kits, assembles, bonds, coats, and processes medical devices and related parts using microscopes and applicable tools Locates and corrects problems by examining devices and components and visually inspecting parts/assemblies Repairs and corrects devices and related components using microscopes and applicable tools Examines medical devices and related assemblies after molding operations to locate bubbles, nicks and/or excess epoxy Utilizes small drills, reamers, taps, and knives to access bubbles and remove excess epoxy Patches and repairs bubbles or voids using syringes and small tools; bakes parts to cure epoxy patches

Requirements:

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is required Must be available to attend a 4-day, onsite training in Minnetonka, MN (Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM) at the start of the assignment, regardless of assigned shift or work location Must provide proof of high school diploma or GED Ability to successfully pass a knowledge based evaluation is required Don't miss your chance to join this exciting team.
