Production Assembler

Assembler Join a hands‑on assembly team producing high‑quality units in a structured work environment. This role involves working with small components, standard tools, and clear work instructions. Key Responsibilities Assemble small components by following written work instructions Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Operate basic machinery and package finished products as required Maintain a clean, organized workspace to support consistent production Qualifications Experience using hand and power tools Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions Basic computer skills (6+ months of experience) Reliable, detail‑oriented, and committed to quality Previous manufacturing or hands‑on production experience (nice to have) Available Shifts 1st

• 6:00 PM (Friday-Sunday) Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00
• $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
