• December 16, 2025 Growing manufacturing company seeking to hire small parts assemblers to their team! Positions are all long-term, full-time roles with OT available
• we are looking for CAREER oriented individuals.

We are currently looking for candidates on a variety of different shifts, 1st (M-F), 2nd (M-F), 3rd (SU-TH), and weekend (FRI, SAT, SUN 12 hour days) shifts! Positions take place in a temperature controlled setting. Full benefits are available as well! Candidates will be assembling, finishing, and packaging small parts. Most of the products are less than 2 pounds, and no heavy lifting is required. Candidates must have a keen eye for detail, as products are very precise and have to meet specific customer requirements. We are looking for candidates with 6+ months of previous experience in any of the following:

• Assembly
• Manufacturing
• General Production / General Labor
• Warehouse
• Machine Operating
• Or anything related to the above!

Pay is based on specific experience and shift (shift differentials are applied for 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts). These roles are unique positions, and there are no companies in the St. Cloud area that do work like this.
