$18-$19/hr based on experience About the Role Step into a hands-on role where your craftsmanship directly contributes to high-quality products trusted across Minnesota and beyond. As a Manufacturing Assembler in our modern Hugo facility, you'll work in a dynamic production environment building walls, floors, trusses, and stairs using a variety of tools and equipment. You'll collaborate closely with a skilled team of 3-4 members to meet daily production goals while upholding strict safety and quality standards. This is an opportunity to strengthen your construction and manufacturing skillset while working in a reliable, year-round position with significant overtime earning potential. What You'll Do Accurately read and interpret tape measures down to 1/8 inch Work confidently with hand and power tools such as nail guns and table saws Contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment Occasionally lift materials up to 75 lbs Commit to 50-hour workweeks with consistent overtime Bring basic hand tools on day one (or obtain them through our company-supported program) What You Bring Ability to read a tape measure to 1/8 inch Experience using hand and power tools Comfort working in a high-production environment Capacity to lift 75 lbs as needed Willingness to work 50 hours per week Preferred Experience Experience in framing or construction Familiarity with nail guns and table saws Blueprint reading experience Why You'll Love Working Here For more than 40 years, we've built our reputation on uncompromising quality and a commitment to our people. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St Paul, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
