What You'll Do Build cable and wire assemblies (cut, strip, crimp, solder) Rotate between workstations (no boring, repetitive days) Read blueprints and follow build instructions Use hand tools and small machines Complete quality checks and documentation What You Bring Experience with wiring, cables, or assembly (preferred) Soldering experience OR willingness to learn Ability to read basic prints/work instructions Strong attention to detail IPC certifications are a plus—but we'll train!
