Description:
Assembly & Woodworking Assemble prehung doors and related components according to work orders, drawings, and written instructions Perform general woodworking tasks including cutting, fitting, and material preparation Use power tools such as nail guns, saws, routers, and pneumatic tools safely and efficiently Finishing & Production Set up, operate, and monitor automated flat line and booth finishing equipment Apply water-based paints, stains, and sealers to custom millwork Ensure consistent coverage, proper mil thickness, and adherence to production specifications Perform advanced surface preparation, including fine sanding and defect correction Inspect finished products and immediately address any quality issues Execute color and material changeovers efficiently to minimize downtime Maintenance & Workflow Perform daily cleaning and routine maintenance on finishing equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work closely with department leadership to meet daily production goals Assist with loading/unloading production lines as needed
