Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to join their team in St. Paul, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for the manufacturing , assembly , and packaging of medical device products . You will follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure all life-saving devices meet rigorous quality standards. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone with high attention to detail who wants to grow within the medical device industry.

Required Skills:

Perform assembly line functions: gluing components , wrapping for sterilization , and final labeling . Operate production equipment such as sealers , autoclaves , and stir plates . Maintain a GMP-compliant production area through daily cleaning and organization. Apply Good Documentation Practices (GDP) to ensure all device paperwork is accurate. Work in a Clean Room environment wearing required garments (scrubs, hoods, masks, and gloves). Follow all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma , GED , or equivalent. Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred but not required. Ability to stand or sit for 8 hours and lift up to 25 lbs individually. Fine hand coordination and manual dexterity for repetitive assembly tasks. Basic English communication skills and the ability to perform basic mathematics . 20/25 vision (with or without corrective lenses) for quality inspection.
