• What You'll Do
• + Assemble small components by following computer‑based work instructions + Use hand and power tools to build and secure parts safely and accurately + Operate basic assembly equipment when needed + Inspect finished products to ensure quality and performance standards + Package completed units according to company guidelines + Record work completed using basic computer systems + Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe + Work with teammates and supervisors to meet daily production goals •What We're Looking For•+ Attention to detail and a willingness to learn + Comfort working with small parts and tools + Basic computer skills for viewing work orders and logging work + Ability to work a set schedule and meet production expectations + Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus—but not required •Why You'll Like This Role•+ Clean, climate‑controlled work environment + Hands‑on training and clear instructions + Steady schedule and consistent work + Opportunity to build valuable manufacturing skills •Job Type & Location•This is a Contract position based out of Winona, MN.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
