Temp-to-Hire Position Overview The Production Assembler (Weekend Shift) is responsible for assembling products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards. This Production Assembler (Weekend Shift) role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed instructions. The ideal Production Assembler (Weekend Shift) has prior assembly experience and a proven ability to work efficiently on a production line. Required Experience & Skills Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment (required) High School Diploma or GED required Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to read blueprints and technical documents Proficiency using hand and power tools Experience with quality assurance and inspection processes Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Reliable attendance with a stable work history Ability to pass a drug screen and background check Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assemble products according to specifications and work instructions Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks Operate machinery on the assembly line following safety protocols Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards Assist with packaging and stacking finished products Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and efficiency Assist in training new employees on assembly processes and safety Perform basic tool and equipment maintenance Physical Requirements Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions continuously Ability to stand and work for 10+ hours per shift Ability to lift and stack materials up to 5 feet high Experience using manual pallet jacks and assembly equipment Work Environment Fast-paced assembly line environment Physically demanding with repetitive tasks Requires use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols Additional Benefits Weekly pay Opportunity for advancement Consistent weekend schedule with 40-hour pay for 36 hours worked Job
