In this role, you will be responsible for assembling wax patterns onto sprue sticks with precision and care to ensure high-quality output. This position plays a key role in supporting downstream casting processes and overall production efficiency. Key Responsibilities Assemble wax patterns onto sprue sticks following detailed electronic work instructions Handle delicate and complex assemblies requiring a high level of precision and attention to detail Inspect completed assemblies and properly hang them on conveyor hooks for the next stage of production Use tools such as hot irons, clippers, hot wires, bunson burner, water weld torch and other specialized equipment Accurately complete production records, logs, and data entry in company systems Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions Participate in required safety and compliance trainings (LOTO, hazardous materials, lifting techniques) May provide guidance and support to new team members Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work with fragile materials Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high quality standards Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Physical Requirements Must have 20/25 near vision (correctable) Ability to perform repetitive tasks requiring fine motor skills Capable of handling the physical demands of a production environment, including standing and lifting Work Environment Clean and organized manufacturing environment Minimal noise and limited exposure to contaminants Use of heated tools and equipment requiring adherence to safety protocolsSimilar remote jobs
