!! Job Description Set up and operate machine tools such as lathes, mills, boring machines, and grinders. Trim, drill, route, line up, and assemble materials. Work with forming machine presses. Set up and break down production tools and aids. Use gauges, scales, calipers, and other measuring equipment. Perform daily maintenance on machines including maintaining fluid levels, emptying chips, and cleaning machines. Check and monitor parts that are being run. Deburr and blend all machined parts. Essential Skills High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read basic dimensions and tolerances of blueprints. Math skills for basic calculations. Proficiency in using measuring equipment like calipers and micrometers. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Additional Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of the aerospace industry preferred. Trade school education in machining practices preferred.
