Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Window Assembler, where you'll play a vital role in creating high-quality, precision-wooden windows for residential and commercial historical projects. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with skilled craftsmen in a paced environment, utilizing your mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills to contribute to a seamless production process. Duties Assemble window components using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment provided with precision and attention to detail Operate forklifts and other materials handling equipment safely to move raw materials and finished products within the manufacturing area Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate assembly of window units Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to meet company standards and customer expectations Handle materials efficiently, ensuring proper storage, organization, and inventory control within the warehouse or production area Collaborate with team members on fabrication tasks, including cutting, machining, and carpentry work related to window frames and glass installation Maintain a clean and safe workspace by adhering to safety protocols and properly using all tools and equipment Experience Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or construction environments is highly desirable, but not a must Knowledge of mechanical systems, machining processes, carpentry, or millwork enhances your ability to excel in this role Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other machinery is essential Familiarity with materials handling procedures within a warehouse setting is a plus Strong understanding of fabrication techniques related to window or door manufacturing is beneficial Prior warehouse experience can provide a solid foundation for efficient workflow management Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining high-quality standards This energetic position invites motivated individuals eager to contribute their technical skills in a thriving manufacturing environment.
