Assembly Technician

Following standard procedures and work- instructions, wires and assembles LED lighting fixtures/components using hand tools, wire strippers, drills, screw drivers, pliers, and other hand tools. Programs LED drivers. Checks fit, form and functionality. Checks continuity/HI-Pot testing. Packages, stacks and palletizes orders per customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

Promotes and supports a safety-first work atmosphere Follows and supports all company rules and policies Pulls or "picks" inventory from stock for product builds. Assembles various products using SOP's and DWI's. Perform other duties as required Keeps department clean and organized following 5S methodology

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Reliable transportation and exceptional attendance record Time management skills with ability to meet deadlines Able to interact with others in a respectful and collaborative manner Pass Pre-Employment Background Check, Drug Screen and Physical Available to Work Overtime as
