Description:
The Assembler position at Hodges Badge Company, Inc. is pivotal for the company's success, involving the meticulous assembly of raw materials and printed ribbons to craft customized products. Assemblers contribute within a collaborative team environment to meet production goals and uphold core values of teamwork, quality, innovation, creativity, reliability, integrity, and pride. This role demands adaptability to change, tight deadlines, and maintaining high-quality standards. Assemblers must be quick learners, as the position requires memorizing a diverse range of product specifications and operating procedures. The role requires good eyesight and manual dexterity. The working conditions include a production environment with physical demands like repetitive movements and occasional lifting. The Assembler is expected to progress through skill levels, demonstrating proficiency in various job operations over time.

Full-time:
Monday•Friday 7:30AM•4:00PM (overtime may be required during peak times)
Part-time:
Monday•Friday 8:30AM•2:00
PM Starting Pay:
Starting at $17.00/hour
Experience/General Requirements:
Must be able to read and write English. Good eyesight with or without corrective lenses is required. Along with the ability to visualize and distinguish among a wide range of hues and colors. Basic mathematical skills•addition, subtraction. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Quick learner and ability to memorize quickly. No previous manufacturing experience is required.
