We have an exciting opening for an Assembly Tech I in Olive Branch, MS. This position is responsible for the daily processes in their area including adjusting staffing, training, safety, etc… This position often performs the role of one or more of the functions in their area on a daily basis. The role is also responsible for working closely with and supporting their manager in the overall effectiveness of the area. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: 1. Receives and reviews work order and parts for assembly, conducts appropriate testing. 2. Uses tools, presses and a variety of test stands and fixtures. 3. Works from blueprints, lists, work orders, instructions (verbal and written) applying various procedures. 4. Provides training to other employees in assembly and test methodology as required. 5. Ensures quality of product and its timely production.me 6. Follows all safety and housekeeping rules and procedures. 7. Adheres to the quality management system. 8. Participates in continuous improvement initiatives. 9. Actively participates on High Performance Teams. 10. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional Qualifications:
Must have basic computer, math and industrial skills. Must be mechanically competent.

Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations. Ability to take care of the customers' needs while following company procedures.

JSAs for work processes available 6.
PPE:
Safety Glasses; Safety Shoes with Metatarsal covers; other items as needed for particular job (gloves, sleeves, etc….)
