Assembler Electric - 1st shift Southaven, MS, United States (On-site)
Job Description In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Follow detailed work instructions to build circuit board‑based products. Perform assembly operations including soldering or machining, as applicable. Use basic hand tools and battery‑operated screwdrivers and drills safely and effectively. Mechanically assemble a range of controls, tools, and probes. Glue probes and assemblies according to specifications. Accurately label manufactured products and ensure serial number accuracy. Measure, cut, and prepare wires as required. Complete work order forms and required production documentation. Assist with testing and verification to ensure finished products meet quality and performance standards. Perform essential housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Meet department quality, attendance, and productivity expectations. Perform all duties in compliance with company safety policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Support additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.Who You Are:

High school diploma or equivalent experience. At least 6 months of experience soldering, building, or machining in a manufacturing or similar setting. Strong self‑motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A high level of attention to detail when completing daily tasks. The ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately. A commitment to safety, quality, and dependable attendance.Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
