Job Description
Job Overview A growing manufacturing company in the Aberdeen area is seeking an Assembly Technician to join our production team. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude, assembly experience, or a strong desire to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Duties & Responsibilities Assemble kiosk systems and related components according to specifications and work instructions. Install hardware, electronics, displays, wiring, and other components. Perform quality inspections and functional testing of completed products. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve minor assembly and production issues. Package and prepare finished products for shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support production goals while maintaining high quality standards. Assist with other manufacturing and assembly tasks as needed. Qualifications & Requirements Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and basic technical documentation. Experience using hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Experience in assembly, machinery maintenance, HVAC, fabrication, or other hands-on mechanical roles is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and perform repetitive tasks as required.
