In this role, you will assemble powder-coated parts and product kits while ensuring quality standards and customer specifications are met. Responsibilities:

Assemble powder-coated parts, components, and product kits according to work instructions and specifications Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met before packaging and shipment Package and label completed assemblies for customer orders Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines

Qualifications and Requirements:

Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred Ability to read and follow written instructions and assembly diagrams Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime when required
