Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and testing products according to specifications and quality standards. The position involves working with hand and power tools, reading blueprints and work instructions, using precision measuring instruments, wiring components, and supporting overall production operations. Team members are expected to maintain a safe and organized work environment while meeting productivity and quality goals.
Key Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions Experience using precision measuring instruments Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to safely operate hand and power tools Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
