12Month Contract Key Requirements:
Relevant experience in manufacturing or assembly work (minimum 1 year preferred) Basic understanding of mechanical concepts Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings Familiarity with measuring instruments and hand/power tools Strong attention to detail and qualityKey Responsibilities:
Perform assembly and testing operations following standard procedures Assemble components accurately and meet production and quality targets Use hand tools and power tools as per specifications Interpret blueprints, bills of materials, and work instructions Identify process improvements and suggest efficiency enhancements Maintain a clean and organized workstation Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards Work across multiple stations or tasks within the department Coordinate and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Support teamwork and overall operational efficiency Be flexible to work overtime or weekends as needed Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
