Job Description

Currently hiring for manufacturing assemblers to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a manufacturing assembler your primary responsibilities will be assembling crossbelts for sorter systems. The ideal manufacturing assembler candidate possesses hands-on experience with hand tools, mechanical aptitude, and can work as a team in a manufacturing environment.
Manufacturing Assembler Responsibilities:
Assemble crossbelts for sorter systems according to specifications Use and identify various hand tools essential for assembly tasks Collaborate with team members and engineers to ensure efficient workflow Maintain punctuality and attendance, as consistent presence is critical to project success Inspect assembled components for quality and accuracy Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Assist team members with troubleshooting and problem-solving during the assembly process Operate and maintain hand tools and basic power tools safely and properly Report any defects or issues to supervisors promptly to prevent delays Adhere to production schedules and meet daily output goals Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required to improve skills and processes
Maintenance Assembler Qualifications:
2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing/assembly environment Proven experience with hand tools and mechanical work Ability to identify and utilize tools appropriately Mechanical inclined - experience in automotive, construction, or similar fields a plus Strong team player with excellent attendance and punctuality Reliable and detail-oriented Your own PPE Your own reliable transportation
