In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and customizing a wide range of truck accessories to enhance vehicle performance, style, and functionality. Your expertise in automotive systems and mechanical knowledge will ensure each installation is performed accurately and efficiently, delivering top-quality results that exceed customer expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment and contribute to transforming trucks into personalized, high-performance vehicles. Duties Install a variety of truck accessories including bed liners, lift kits, running boards, tonneau covers, and lighting systems using hand tools and power tools. Conduct vehicle inspections to assess compatibility and ensure proper fitment of accessories. Perform basic vehicle maintenance and automotive repairs as needed to facilitate accessory installation. Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues during installation and make necessary adjustments for optimal performance. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Follow safety protocols diligently during all phases of installation to prevent accidents or damage. Communicate effectively with customers about installation procedures, timelines, and care instructions for their accessories. Experience Proven experience in automotive repair or auto body work is highly preferred. Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures and auto restoration techniques. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment required for installing truck accessories. Mechanical knowledge related to automotive systems, auto service, and repair processes. Previous mechanic experience or technical training in automotive technology is a strong plus.
