Full Job Description Assembler Location:
Concord, NC Hours:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Atlas Sign Industries, a leader in custom commercial signage, is currently seeking a Assembler to join our growing team in Concord, NC . This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys building, assembling, and preparing signage using a variety of tools and materials. If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to work in a fast-paced production environment, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Assemble, fabricate, and prep a wide range of signage, including LED, acrylic, and metal signs Read and follow detailed work orders, technical drawings, and blueprints Use templates and measuring tools to position and assemble sign components accurately Operate hand and power tools, such as drills, impact guns, soldering equipment, and jigsaws Perform basic, low-voltage electrical wiring on select signage Troubleshoot and make adjustments to ensure components meet specifications Support other departments and assist with cross-training where needed Take on additional production tasks as assigned
What We're Looking For:
Hands-on experience with tools and mechanical assembly Familiarity with jigsaw cutting, soldering, or low-voltage wiring is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills Dependable attendance and punctuality
